Job summary

Brightwork currently seeks Automated Production Line Operatives to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation in the UK. You will help ensure finished products are prepared for storage and dispatch, palletising, wrapping, and securing pallets, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good attention to detail, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable, e.g. operating production packaging equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and meet standards.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Palletising finished products according to customer and company specifications.
• Stacking, wrapping, and securing pallets for dispatch.
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Monitoring production lines and removing finished goods.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the wider production and warehouse teams as required.

Your Time at Work

Key Information and Benefits

• Hours of work are 4 on 4 off day shift pattern 8am-8pm
