Brayleys Cars Limited, a dynamic automotive retailer, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for our Honda dealership in Orpington. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive customer-centric sales and ensure excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of Business, you will motivate staff, liaise with customers across channels, manage pricing and online presence, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in motor industry preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong customer relationship skills.
• Understanding of regulatory processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Honda sales team on the shop floor and mentor colleagues.
• Drive sales targets and monitor performance against plan.
• Liaise with customers face-to-face, by phone and email to close deals.
• Coordinate with manufacturers' representatives and internal partners.
• Ensure pricing, stock availability and online presence are competitive.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
