Brayleys Honda dealership in Ruislip is looking to add to our team of Sales Executives; this role would be suitable for established automotive sales executives. We offer a high basic salary of £22,500 p.a., linked to an uncapped bonus scheme that is delivering realistic earnings of over £65,000 p.a.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive or high value sales.
• Customer service in a front-facing environment.
• Proven drive to exceed targets.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full 360 sales approach from welcome to close.
• Optimise profitability while maintaining excellent customer relations and using Brayleys' sales processes.
• Interact with customers in showroom, by telephone or online to qualify needs and upsell where appropriate.
