Key duties include qualifying leads, following up on enquiries, and achieving monthly KPIs for sales, profitability, and finance penetration, while complying with FCA and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• This may suit someone who has previously worked as a car sales executive, retail manager or sales manager.
• Hold the potential to forge a successful career in the industry.
• You will hold a valid UK drivers licence.

Responsibilities

• Build trust, communicate effectively and exceed customer expectations through qualification and creating a strong first impression.
• Maximise opportunities through prospecting, follow-up calls, in-bound enquiries, walk-in prospects and internet inquiries.
• Aim for monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
• Adhere to FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting customer and vehicle data.
