LKQ UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding service and build lasting client relationships in Peterborough. You will turn conversations into sales, become the trusted advisor on LKQ Euro Car Parts products, and work closely with branch teams to meet customer needs.

The role requires a passion for customer service, prior sales experience, and excellent communication. You will contribute to team success, support ongoing training, and help drive growth across the UK

• Experience in a sales advisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to win sales and improve margins.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings for customers.
• Collaborate with branch teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure callbacks are completed promptly.
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor to understand returns and reduce return rate.
