• Experience in a sales advisory or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
• Motivated by achieving targets.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with customers to win sales, improve margin and provide excellent service within the branch.
• Become an expert in LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings and be seen as the trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with other branch areas to ensure customer needs are met.
• Ensure all callbacks are completed promptly.
• Work with internal teams to understand products and anticipate customer needs.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and reduce return rate by building relationships.
• Use business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
