The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, handling calls, and using data to spot opportunities while supporting returns and efficiency across the branch.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer service with proven sales experience.
• Experience as a sales advisor or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Able to plan, prioritise and problem solve.
• Knowledge of SOP systems.
• Target-driven and motivated to exceed sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with customers to win sales and improve margin.
• Become an expert on LKQ Euro Car Parts product offerings.
• Collaborate with branch teams to meet customer needs.
• Ensure callbacks are completed in a timely manner.
• Utilise relevant business data to identify opportunities across customer bands and product groups.
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor to understand customer returns and reduce returns.
• Maintain awareness of product groups to anticipate customer needs.
