Job summary

Webrecruit in Liverpool is seeking a capable Centre Manager to join our automotive retail team. You will manage your own workload with a flexible approach, and you must be an excellent communicator with proven experience in a busy retail environment within the automotive sector.

Experience in management is advantageous. You will lead a team, drive sales, maintain centre cleanliness, and ensure health and safety and stock procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to manage their own workload.
• Excellent communication skills with proven experience in a busy retail environment in the automotive sector.
• Experience in management within the motor vehicle sector would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that customers receive the best customer service and care to keep complaints to a minimum.
• Achieve all sales targets and KPIs as set by the centre and company.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the centre and its equipment on an ongoing basis.
• Increase sales of products and services offered by the company.
• Recruit and interview all employees for the centre.
• Identify training needs for employees to progress within the company.
• Support other centres when asked, when necessary.
• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures including Health & Safety, Compliance and Stock Control.
• Comply with reasonable instructions from management.
• Liaise with Head Office and other departments.
