Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH/SEN needs.
• Ability to build rapport and motivate students with varying levels of engagement.
• Strong safeguarding and confidentiality understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised 1:1 tutoring sessions to students with ASD/SEND.
• Develop and adapt lesson plans to individual learning styles.
• Support students’ social and emotional development alongside academic progress.
