Autism Initiatives on the Isle of Man is seeking friendly Support Workers to join our residential services in Central and Northern areas. This role focuses on helping autistic individuals live more independently and stay connected with their local communities.

You will be part of a supportive team delivering person-centred care. Experience is not essential; a positive attitude and desire to make a difference are valued.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to make a difference to the lives of people with autism.
• Manual driving licence welcomed.

• Support autistic individuals to live independently.
• Join our residential services on the Isle of Man and support daily living.
• Promote health and well-being and help individuals engage with community activities.
