Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of professional care across service users, supporting independent living, and addressing emotional needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and IPC measures within the setting.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and team members; recognise your limits and seek support.
• Familiarise yourself with Autism East Midlands systems and processes; deliver high standards of care.
• Keep records up to date, secure, and compliant with GDPR.
