Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate Autism Support Worker to join a specialist setting in Ferryhill. You will provide personalised 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition and additional needs, helping them access learning with confidence.

This role concentrates on developing communication, independence and social skills, supporting transitions and daily routines, and building strong relationships with pupils, families and staff.

Qualifications

• Must have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced DBS check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
