Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths at level 4 or above.
• Commitment to safeguarding pupils with Special Needs.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with cognition and communication difficulties and autism.
• Deliver small group phonics and writing using Read Write Inc.
• Work with a trauma-informed approach and personalised communication strategies.
