Job summary

Haughton School in Madeley, Telford, seeks dynamic Teaching Assistants to support children with complex needs in specialist classrooms and mainstream inclusion. The role is permanent, 32.5 hours per week, with salary scales 2 and 3 (£13.45–£13.92 per hour) and an ASAP start subject to safety checks.

You will work with teachers to implement specialist approaches, maintain safeguarding standards, and contribute to an inclusive learning environment that helps every child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with communication & interaction difficulties and autism.
• Experience in an educational setting and inclusion within mainstream settings.
• Commitment to safeguarding and ability to work under pressure.
