Job summary

Orbis Education and Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to support adults with autism in Barry, West Aberthaw. This full‑time role offers 40.25 hours per week, an hourly rate of £13.45–£13.75, and a £1,500 annual location allowance, working at Ty Carreg.

You will help individuals build independence and confidence through personalised care, daily living support, and participation in activities in a warm, home‑like setting.
