Prospero Teaching is recruiting for an ASC Primary School Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the Portsmouth area. The role focuses on supporting children with Autism Spectrum Condition and additional learning needs.

The position is long-term and full-time, located in Portsmouth, with a start ASAP. Hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm, and candidates should have Right to Work in the UK and readiness to complete safeguarding checks.

Qualifications

• Teaching Assistant qualification preferable but not essential.
• Previous experience in a UK school.
• Experience working with children in education or in a similar setting.
• Up-to-date safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable but not essential as training can be provided).
