Job summary

Scottish Autism is recruiting for a dedicated team member to join our Tayside housing support service in Errol. The role focuses on promoting independence, community participation, and personalised support for an autistic adult in a supportive, multi-disciplinary setting.

You will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering person-centered plans and encouraging local engagement, with driving support being a plus. A positive attitude and sense of humour are valued traits in this role.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalised support plans and build positive relationships with the supported person.
• Work in partnership with family, support network and health professionals.
• Help identify opportunities for the person to engage in local activities and events.
• Support with everyday tasks to promote independence and empowerment.
• Assist with transport needs and community engagement where required.
• Maintain homes and assist with budgeting and decision-making.
