Autism Initiatives Group of Companies is seeking a Part‑Time Support Worker for a 12‑hour week, with shifts from 9:30am–2:30pm or 10am–3pm. You will support individuals across daily living, education, and leisure activities, helping them build independence and access opportunities.

The role involves working with autistic people, and you will join an organisation that values respect, empowerment and collaboration. Enhanced benefits and paid Access NI checks are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience providing care or support to others.
• Willingness to work on a rota including unsocial hours and weekends.
• NISCC registration or applying to register on appointment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living, education, and leisure activities.
• Work on a rota that includes weekends and unsocial hours.
• Collaborate with the team to promote independence and access to work/education.
