Qualifications

• Experience or enthusiasm for working with children with Autism and SEND is desirable.
• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude are essential.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils academically and emotionally in a calm, engaging learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to implement learning plans.
• Promote inclusive education and help pupils develop independence.
