Job summary

REESON Education is seeking a Learning Mentor for a specialist Post-19 setting supporting young adults with autism and additional needs. You’ll work with specialist professionals to help develop independence, confidence, and daily living skills.

The role requires patience, resilience, and strong communication. Previous SEND experience is desirable, with specialist training provided. Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks apply, and the position is temp-to-perm with potential for a permanent role.
