Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting a Learning Mentor for a specialist Post-19 setting supporting young adults with autism and additional needs. You’ll work with specialist professionals to help learners develop independence, confidence, and everyday life skills.

We’re looking for someone patient, positive, and resilient with strong communication skills and a team spirit. Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks apply, with a temp-to-perm pathway to a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Qualified to A-level or holding a recognised childcare qualification.
• Previous SEND experience is desirable, and specialist training will be provided.
