Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting a Learning Mentor for a specialist Post-19 setting supporting young adults with autism and additional needs.

You'll work closely with specialist professionals to help young adults develop independence, confidence, learning and everyday life skills.

Temp-to-perm position through Reeson Education with the opportunity to secure a permanent role with the setting. Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks apply.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Patient, positive and resilient.
• Passionate about autism and SEND.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Qualified to A-level or holding a recognised childcare qualification.

Previous SEND experience is desirable, and specialist training will be provided.
