Job summary

REESON Education is recruiting a Learning Mentor for a specialist Post-19 setting supporting young adults with autism and additional needs in the United Kingdom. You’ll work closely with specialist professionals to help learners develop independence, confidence, learning and everyday life skills while maintaining safeguarding standards and a supportive classroom environment.

You’ll be patient, positive and resilient, with strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prior SEND experience is desirable.
• Qualified to A-level or holding a recognised childcare qualification.
• Temp-to-perm role with opportunity to secure a permanent position.
• Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks apply.
