Reeson Education is recruiting a Learning Mentor for a specialist Post-19 setting, helping young adults with autism and additional needs develop independence and life skills. You’ll work with specialist professionals to support learning, confidence and daily living activities in a cooperative team.

The role emphasizes patience, resilience and strong communication, with DBS & safeguarding checks required.

Reeson Education is recruiting a Learning Mentor for a specialist Post-19 setting supporting young adults with autism and additional needs.

You’ll work closely with specialist professionals to help young adults develop independence, confidence, learning and everyday life skills.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Patient, positive and resilient.
• Passionate about autism and SEND.
• A strong communicator and team player.
• Qualified to A-level or holding a recognised childcare qualification.Previous SEND experience is desirable, and specialist training will be provided.

Temp-to-perm position through Reeson Education with the opportunity to secure a permanent role with the setting.
