Job summary

LDA Care Ltd is seeking a Female Support Worker to provide 360 wrap-around care for an individual with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. You will work on a full-time basis, delivering compassionate support across day and night to enable independence and well-being.

The role requires empathy, reliability and the ability to adapt to changing needs, with opportunities for ongoing training and development. A driving licence is preferred.
