Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned duties involving direct care and observation of service users.
• Report observations to qualified staff including details of mental state and risk factors.
• Work with service users on an individual and group basis as outlined in the care plan.
• Liaise with partner agencies to develop proactive and preventative risk mitigation and support.
• Contribute to safe, effective and compassionate care in the community.
