Mirus Wales is inviting applications for a Support Worker in Clydach, working up to 39 hours per week. You will be part of a friendly, autism-accredited Supported Living service, helping three gentlemen live independent, meaningful lives.

You will drive as required (UK driving licence essential) and provide personal care while building trusting relationships and encouraging participation in daily activities, outings, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Confident providing personal care.
• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or autistic people is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Support people to do activities they enjoy and live fulfilling lives.
• Assist with household tasks, shopping, meals, personal care, and routines.
• Encourage relationships with family, friends and community.
• Collaborate with social workers, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure quality support.
• Listen to the people you support and help them make life choices.
