Job summary

Stanground Academy in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated Autism Hub team member to support autistic students to reach their full potential academically, socially and emotionally through targeted interventions, classroom support and personalised learning activities.

You will work with Hub leaders, teachers, families and external agencies to create a safe, inclusive environment where every student can thrive, build confidence and develop independence.

Join our dedicated Autism Hub team and make a lasting difference to the lives of young people. This rewarding role involves supporting autistic students to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally through targeted interventions, classroom support, and personalised learning activities. Working closely with Hub leaders, teachers, families, and external agencies, you’ll help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student can thrive, build confidence, and develop independence.
