Zusammenfassung

OFG Education is seeking a Deputy Headteacher for Hillingdon Manor School to shape the strategic direction of teaching, learning, curriculum and assessment. You will work with the Headteacher to drive school improvement and ensure excellent outcomes for autistic students aged 11–19.

You will lead QA, performance data analysis and professional development, while deputising for the Headteacher as required. A strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusion is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills Status (QTLS).
• Degree-level qualification required.
• NPQH or commitment to completing NPQH.
• Minimum of three years' successful experience in a senior leadership position.
• Significant experience of leading and improving teaching, learning and curriculum provision.
• Knowledge of autism, adaptive approaches to learning and specialist educational provision.

• Lead whole-school improvement initiatives relating to teaching, learning and curriculum development.
• Oversee curriculum pathways, including accreditation programs.
• Lead quality assurance, self-evaluation and improvement planning processes.
• Monitor and analyse educational performance data to drive decisions.
• Hold leaders accountable for standards and outcomes.
• Support staff through coaching and professional development.
• Promote safeguarding and student welfare across the school.
