OFG Education is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to lead teaching, learning and curriculum across Hillingdon Manor School. You will shape strategic direction, drive improvements in outcomes and support professional development within a high-trust leadership team.

With QTS/QTLS, a degree and NPQH or commitment, you will guide safeguarding, performance data and school improvement, while deputising for the Headteacher as required to ensure consistent, inclusive education for autistic learners aged

Qualifications

• QTS or QTLS required.
• Degree-level qualification required.
• NPQH or commitment to completing it.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading teaching, learning and curriculum improvements.
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and policy.
• Strong strategic leadership and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for student attainment and progress.
• Lead whole-school improvement initiatives across teaching and curriculum.
• Oversee curriculum pathways including accreditation.
• Lead quality assurance, self-evaluation and improvement planning.
• Monitor and analyse educational performance data to drive decisions.
• Support safeguarding and staff development through performance management.
