Job summary

Smile Education East Midlands is recruiting two Experienced Teaching Assistants to join a Leicester PRU. The roles require resilience and confidence in supporting pupils with autism and complex needs, including challenging behaviours. One position will be in an ASD group and the other in general behavioural and learning support.

• Proven experience supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
• Ability to remain calm when behaviour escalates.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
