Job summary

The Advonet Group is seeking an operational leader to support Autism AIM services across Leeds, Bradford, and Craven. The postholder will oversee project delivery, drive improvements, and lead staff and volunteers.

A leadership role within the AIM team will help advance organisational priorities through collaboration and strategic oversight. We value inclusive leadership, co-production with service users, and a commitment to delivering high-quality advocacy services.

Qualifications

• Essential: Managing or supervising staff or volunteers including those with additional needs. Partnership working across sectors.
• Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting.
• Co-production or user-led approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead Autism AIM services across multiple projects and geographical areas including Leeds, Bradford and Craven.
• Provide operational oversight of designated projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
• Develop and support staff and volunteers working across AIM services.
• Be a member of the Leadership Team and help deliver organisational priorities.
