Job summary

Prior’s Court Foundation is seeking a Team Manager to lead a dedicated team of Autism Practitioners in the UK. You will oversee daily operations in residential homes, ensuring the best practices are followed to support young autistic individuals.

With a focus on training and development, you will empower your team to deliver personalized care. This permanent role offers a salary of up to £34,000 per annum and a welcome bonus of £300.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a support worker with autism or learning disabilities.
• Experience in line management, coaching, and mentoring of small teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Line manage, coach, and mentor a team of Autism Practitioners.
• Oversee staff performance and manage attendance.
• Implement autism-friendly strategies to enhance wellbeing.
