The Business Partnering (BP) team plays a vital role within L&D, partnering with the Audit Stream to identify learning needs and develop appropriate responses. They work alongside the business to drive the L&D agenda and coordinate activities with wider support teams.
The BP team acts as the business voice within L&D, providing oversight and challenge as solutions are developed and implemented. They represent L&D to the business and ensure alignment with business priorities.
The Business Partnering Manager for Projects will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs beyond our Early in Careers and Post-qualified curricula, focusing on project-based activities that require coordination across various programmes.
Using their understanding of business priorities, they will align activities across L&D offerings, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure learning needs are effectively addressed. They will work with the Learning Development team to translate business objectives into learning solutions and support the delivery and review of these initiatives.
The role involves onsite programme management and facilitation to support effective learning delivery.
