Insite Group is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead a growing audit team from its Hertfordshire office. Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA with substantial post-qualification experience in practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and FRS 102.
• Proven ability to lead and develop audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of audit clients and ensuring engagements are delivered efficiently and profitably.
• Planning, reviewing and signing off audit work to professional standards.
• Providing technical guidance across UK GAAP, IFRS and FRS 102.
• Leading, coaching and developing audit seniors and junior team members.
• Acting as a trusted client contact and attending pre-/post-audit meetings.
• Working with Partners on client strategy, portfolio management and business development.
• Monitoring budgets, workflow, deadlines and engagement profitability.
• Supporting statutory accounts preparation and corporate tax work where required.
• Identifying opportunities to broaden client relationships and services.
• Contributing to audit methodology and service improvements.
