  • Proven experience in an accountancy practice environment, ideally leading complex audits.
  • Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and accounting regulations.
  • Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to manage challenging feedback and build relationships.
  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Desirable: experience auditing overseas subsidiaries, IFRS, or group audits under ISA600.
What's on offer
  • Salary of £38,000-£43,000, reflective of skills and experience.
  • Career development and support towards full accountancy qualification if not already achieved.
  • Exposure to a diverse client portfolio in the accountancy sector, enhancing technical and leadership skills.
