Think Accountancy & Finance is seeking an Audit Senior for a Staffordshire-based role with hybrid working. The position offers a £39,000 - £42,000 salary plus excellent benefits, and a chance to progress within a growing UK accountancy practice.

You will lead external audits from planning through completion, work with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, and mentor Audit Trainees and Semi Seniors, while developing your leadership skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified or nearing qualification.
• Experience in UK accountancy practice and external audit.
• Confident in managing workload and leading audits.
• Passionate about delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Lead external audit assignments from planning through to completion.

• Support, coach and mentor Audit Trainees and Semi Seniors.
• Work closely with experienced Managers and Directors on a variety of interesting assignments.
• Deliver a first-class service while developing your own technical and leadership skills.
