Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment supports a leading Chartered Accountants firm in Canterbury for an Audit Manager (NFP) role. You will own a portfolio of charity audits, lead from planning to completion, review files, and coach seniors and juniors while building lasting client relationships.

Are you an experienced Audit Manager looking for your next step with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Canterbury? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong Not for Profit audit offering, with benefits including flexible working, a company pension, and much more. As Audit Manager (NFP), you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of charity and not for profit clients, leading audit assignments from planning through to completion. You will review work, manage deadlines and act as a trusted point of contact for clients, while coaching and developing a supportive team of seniors and juniors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
• ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, ISAs and the Charities SORP
• Proven experience managing audit teams and client portfolios
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
