Job summary

Crowe Watson Recruitment supports a leading Chartered Accountants firm in Canterbury for an Audit Manager (NFP) role. You will own a portfolio of charity audits, lead from planning to completion, review files, and coach seniors and juniors while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Manage a portfolio of NFP and charity audit clients.
• Lead audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Review working papers and sign off on files.
• Coach and develop audit seniors and juniors.
• Build strong client relationships and communication.
• Previous experience in a UK Practice environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, ISAs and the Charities SORP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and completion of audits for NFP/charities.
• Mentor audit seniors and juniors to develop skills.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and meet deadlines.
