The role centers on planning, supervising, and delivering high-quality audit engagements for diverse clients, while mentoring junior staff and supporting firm growth.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date knowledge of Auditing and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Fully qualified ACA/ACCA with practice experience.
• Technically competent with strong risk awareness.
• Ability to produce projections and compare against historic accounts.
• Proactive with ideas to improve client and firm efficiencies.
• Capable of leading internal projects and delivering results.
• Builds effective relationships across teams and with clients.

Responsabilités

• Plan, control and review client work to ensure efficient delivery.
• Hold pre-audit meetings with clients to assess events and focus areas.
• Prepare time budgets for assignments.
• Supervise senior staff and ensure training opportunities.
• Complete staff appraisals and provide feedback for development.
• Address day-to-day staff issues including holidays and training.
• Ensure audit or accounts planning memos are thorough and aligned with fees.
