AJ Chambers is seeking an Audit Manager in Gatwick to own a diversified client portfolio and drive high-quality audits. You will lead and develop the audit team, nurture client relationships and navigate complex financial matters while supporting firm growth and staff development.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification essential.
• Experience auditing within an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage, plan and review audit assignments from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify risks.
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure profitability.
• Review audit planning docs and ensure teams have what they need.
• Monitor team performance, utilization and chargeable hours.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to firm initiatives.
