Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification with practice experience.
• Up-to-date auditing and financial reporting standards knowledge.
• Ability to identify risks and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and review client work and allocate resources.
• Hold pre-audit meetings with clients to identify impacts.
• Prepare a time budget for assignments to ensure profitability.
• Ensure a detailed audit planning memorandum is completed.
• Supervise trainees and allocate varied jobs for training.
• Complete staff appraisals and provide development feedback.
• Address day-to-day staff issues and workload management.
• Build client relationships and deliver insightful audit outcomes.
