S1jobs in Glasgow is recruiting an Audit Manager to lead a portfolio of audit clients and drive delivery of high-quality services. You will work with senior leadership to plan engagements, review junior staff, and strengthen client relationships.

You will guide and mentor the audit team, contribute to firm growth, and help shape the department through collaborative leadership and proactive problem-solving in a hybrid working environment.

Formación

• Recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/ICAS).
• Significant audit experience in professional practice.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios and multi-assignment delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to completion.
• Review junior staff work and coach/mentor team members.
• Develop client relationships and identify opportunities for the firm.
• Ensure high-quality service within budget and deadlines.
