Responsibilities

  • Act as the audit lead on large assignments, supported by one or more Managers. Overall responsibility for each assignment will be retained by the Partner.
  • Manage people, including resource planning, performance management, training, and recommendations for promotion.
  • Act as a mentor to team members, offering coaching to help them achieve their career goals and act as a role model for Manager-level staff.

Qualifications

  • ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent.
  • Educated up to degree level or CTS.
  • Significant experience delivering audit and assurance services to major businesses, including listed firms (full list and AIM) with international interests.
  • Strong knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements.
  • Demonstrated development of an industry network.
