Crowe Watson Recruitment is assisting a Plymouth-based leading Chartered Accountants firm to recruit an Audit Manager. You will own a varied portfolio from planning through to completion, reviewing juniors, and acting as the main client and partner liaison.

The role offers flexible working arrangements and a clear path for progression. You will mentor teammates while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients from planning to sign off.
• Review and develop the work of audit seniors and juniors.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and partners.
• Ensure audit files meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Support the wider team with training and mentoring.
