Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking an Audit Semi Senior to join our Audit team. You will work with Assistant Managers and Managers on a diverse range of audits and accounts preparation, delivering high quality results and meeting deadlines.

We look for ACA/ACCA part-qualification or equivalent, experience in a practice with large/listed clients, and ability to plan, delegate, and review work effectively while seeking guidance when needed.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA part-qualified or equivalent
• Experience working in a practice environment with large and listed businesses or mixed portfolio
• Experience planning and completing audits and accounts preparation
• Experience using an analytical review process
• Experience delegating and reviewing trainee work

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and help the team exceed client demands
• Manage priorities to deliver high quality results
• Follow up on review points raised by the manager and complete them timely
• Plan and organise to ensure client work is carried out within timescales with updates to the manager
• Provide technical audit expertise to ensure procedures are conducted to standard
• Seek guidance from colleagues and managers when required
• Problem solve to clear audit issues and adapt to client expectations
• Develop through feedback with manager support
