The candidate will act as RI signatory, oversee UK GAAP/IFRS audits, and lead a growing SME audit portfolio while developing client relationships and guiding the audit team. Applicants should be ACA or ACCA qualified with RI status and demonstrate strong technical expertise, commercial focus, and the ability to drive progress across

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with RI status.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS102, IFRS and ISAs.
• Experience leading audit teams and managing clients.
• Commercial and client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as RI signatory on audit files and provide technical oversight.
• Lead on firm-wide audit compliance and technical queries.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality audits to SME clients.
• Develop and manage a high-performing audit team and mentor staff.
• Identify and provide added-value services to clients.
• Support business development and contribute to office growth.
