Iconic Resourcing is recruiting an Audit Director (corporate mid-market) in Reading with hybrid working and flexible hours. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with a path toward Partnership and significant client portfolio leadership.

You'll lead high-quality audit engagements, nurture relationships with privately owned businesses, and contribute to regional growth strategies while coaching teams and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience at Audit Senior Manager or Director level in an accountancy practice (UK).
• RI status, or ability to obtain it in the near term.
• Experience with privately owned, owner-managed, mid-market businesses.
• Strong knowledge of UK audit and financial reporting standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of audit engagements for privately owned and entrepreneurial businesses.
• Win new work and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Develop and mentor managers and senior managers; help shape regional growth strategy.
• Oversee profitability and client service across your portfolio.
