Page Personnel, a respected accounting practice in the North West, is recruiting an Audit Director to establish, lead and grow a brand‑new audit division from scratch. You will sign audit reports as RI, build an effective team, and shape the strategic direction of the practice while enjoying equity from day one and flexible working arrangements.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will leverage existing client relationships to drive growth and ensure high-quality audits that meet regulatory

Qualifications

• Audit RI status with signing rights on audit reports.
• ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Substantial experience delivering and managing audits.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead a new audit function from inception.
• Sign audit reports as RI and manage engagements.
• Develop audit methodologies, processes and quality control procedures.
• Build and grow an audit team as the service line expands.
• Drive business development and identify growth opportunities.
• Shape the strategic direction of the audit practice.
