Job summary

RSM UK is looking for ambitious graduates to join the Audit Data Analytics Team, combining cutting-edge analytics with professional excellence.

You’ll design and build in-house apps for audit teams, learn from industry experts, and study towards CFAB while developing technical and commercial skills. Based in the Manchester area, you’ll work mainly in the office or on client site, gaining hands-on experience from day one.

Qualifications

• UCAS points required across three A levels (or equivalent) or other recognised UK qualifications.
• Right to work in the UK for this role.
• Genuine interest in technology and data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Alteryx, SQL or Python is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain in-house audit applications.
• Translate audit requirements into practical app features.
• Support development and testing of tools to standardise audit procedures.
• Collaborate with developers, data specialists and audit stakeholders.
• Monitor tool performance, user feedback and adoption.
• Pursue CFAB qualification and deepen knowledge of finance and audit.
